Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Plynk is seeking an Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Online Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Address customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Independent and driven personality - Strong presentation skills - High emotional intelligence - Ability to work well under pressure - Proficiency in computer skills and technology
