The Cool Bean Company is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via live chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping inquiries, and troubleshooting - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer concerns - Provide feedback to improve customer experience and streamline processes

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to show leadership when needed - Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and chat support tools
