Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize strategic planning to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements: 1. Confident and adaptable personality traits to effectively interact with a diverse customer base. 2. Strong soft skills, including strategic planning and adaptability, to navigate challenging customer interactions. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
