Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

SAP Ireland is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, resilient, and have excellent planning and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming chat inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and technical issues. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a timely manner. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Accurately document all interactions with customers in the chat system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues when necessary. 6. Continually improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems. 6. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
