Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a reliable and independent individual with strong negotiation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, answering queries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers in navigating our website and online services, ensuring a positive user experience - Proactively engage with customers to increase sales and promote products or services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience with CRM software is a plus
