Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Plynk. As an Online Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to answer questions, provide support, and resolve issues. - Assist customers with product information, technical troubleshooting, and order processing. - Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all customer interactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales through the online chat channel.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat role. - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. - Strong time management and strategic planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms. - High school diploma or equivalent.
