Online Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Online Support Assistant to join our team at SoapBox Labs in Galway, Ireland. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience, particularly in providing online support to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be confident in their abilities, and have a high level of creativity and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various online platforms - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Assisting with the setup and maintenance of online support systems - Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall customer experience - Providing feedback on customer interactions to help improve our products and services - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms
