Online Support Associate

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to customers through various online channels. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting via online chat, email, and phone - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes - Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Basic knowledge of Apple products and services is a plus
