Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Online Support Manager to join our team at Stripe in Waterford, Munster. As an Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and development.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online support or a related field. 2. Confident and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong planning and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience managing a team is preferred.
