Job Description - Online Support Manager

4Securitas, a leading security solutions provider in Limerick, Munster, is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online customer support channels, including email, chat, and social media - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of online support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to drive continuous improvement - Make data-driven decisions to optimize the online support process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and technologies to enhance the online support experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in online customer support or a similar role - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Knowledge of best practices in online customer support
