Online Support Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Online Support Officer to join our team at Glanbia in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online platform - Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Assist with the development and implementation of new online support initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online support

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role - Confident and passionate attitude towards providing exceptional customer service - Strong analytical skills to identify and address customer needs effectively - Excellent cooperation skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with online support platforms and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
