Online Support Officer

GirlCrew, a dynamic and innovative company based in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a part-time Online Support Officer to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing online support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries and issues - Updating and maintaining customer records in the database - Collaborating with the marketing team to promote new products and services - Assisting with administrative tasks as required - Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong planning and time management skills - Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
