Online Support Representative

Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Support Representative to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing online support to customers via email, chat, and phone channels. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Providing product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 5. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. 6. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve products and services.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism. 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 4. Proven experience in a customer support role. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using online support tools and CRM systems.
