Online Support Representative

Job Description:

Wayflyer is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via online channels including email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer support experience.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve effectively. 2. Hardworking and resilient attitude in handling challenging customer situations. 3. Demonstrated decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Experience in project management or related field is a plus. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other online support tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
