Job Description - Online Support Specialist

SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Support Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to SurveyMonkey users, addressing inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to ensure a positive user experience. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed. 4. Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to enhance user knowledge and utilization of SurveyMonkey products. 5. Analyze user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the product. 6. Assist in testing new features and updates to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 3. Proficient in using online support tools and systems. 4. Knowledge of survey design and data analysis is a plus. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
