Online Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team at HubSpot Dublin in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate should be independent, hardworking, have excellent project management skills, and be adept at planning.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Assist in creating and updating online support documentation. - Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve support processes. - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance support skills.

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in online support or a related field. - Strong project management and planning skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in customer support software and tools. - Experience with CRM systems is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
