Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: Wayflyer is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time entry-level role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who have a passion for customer service and technology.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with managing and updating the company's online chat platform - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services - Work with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalations - Continuously improve and optimize the online chat process for maximum efficiency
