Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Ryanair is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance and support with booking flights, resolving issues, and answering inquiries - Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to provide personalized solutions to customer problems - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to ensure excellent customer service - Work independently to handle customer interactions efficiently - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Act as a brand ambassador for Ryanair, promoting our services and maintaining a professional image

Requirements: - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong independent work ethic - Excellent decision-making skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Strong written communication skills - Knowledge of the airline industry is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
