Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Assistant. This part-time position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the healthcare technology industry and work in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The Online Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in an efficient and professional manner through the online chat platform - Provide information about our products and services, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues - Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and respond to customers' needs and concerns effectively - Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless communication and implementation of customer solutions - Maintain a positive and resilient attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues - Strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions and support activities

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred but not required - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online chat platforms and other communication tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
