Online Web Chat Assistant

WebDoctor is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via online web chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers regarding our products and services - Troubleshooting and resolving any customer issues or concerns - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and promotions - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others - Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work independently - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
