Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description: 9th Impact, a leading digital entertainment company based in Dublin, is seeking a passionate and driven Online Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates must possess emotional intelligence and strong strategic planning abilities to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues - Utilize excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients - Collaborate with team members to coordinate and streamline chat interactions for optimal efficiency - Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Monitor chat performance and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role is preferred - Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns - Proven ability in strategic planning to effectively manage chat interactions and optimize customer satisfaction - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy - High level of proficiency in using online chat platforms and software systems - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
