Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Microsoft Ireland is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed - Provide product information and assist with sales inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong critical thinking and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
