At Zendesk International Ltd, we are seeking a passionate and driven Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 5 years of experience, the Online Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the online chat experience for customers. 2. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. 3. Train and mentor chat agents to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction. 4. Lead the team in delivering prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows related to online chat. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in managing online chat platforms and customer service teams. 3. Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in chat management software and tools. 7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
