Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description: CitySwift is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time position at the Mid-to-Senior level, the Online Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing the online web chat platform, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing chat data to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage the online web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions in a professional and timely manner - Analyze chat data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve online chat performance and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer service

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a similar role - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and interpret it to make informed decisions - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
