Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Smurfit Kappa Group is currently seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online web chat platform, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and support to customers with any technical issues or questions they may have - Monitor chat conversations to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor junior chat representatives

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat management role - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Reliable and driven personality traits - Emotional intelligence and cooperation skills - Visa sponsorship and employee discounts available
