Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description: WebDoctor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As the Online Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online web chat platform and ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing accurate information - Monitor chat logs and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Train and coach chat agents to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop chat scripts and optimize the chat experience for conversion - Work closely with IT to implement new features and enhancements to the chat platform - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience managing an online web chat platform in a customer service or sales environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and energetic personality - Attention to detail and adaptability - Experience with chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
