Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Web Chat Manager to join our team at 9th Impact in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our users.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information to users and assist with troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Conduct research to identify trends and improve the online chat experience for users - Track and report on key performance metrics related to online chat usage and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and satisfaction through the online chat platform - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for online customer support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in online customer support or chat management - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency with online chat platforms and customer service software - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of web development and UX/UI design principles is a plus
