Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Manager at Swrve, you will be responsible for overseeing our online chat platform and ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. You will work closely with our customer support team to address customer concerns and provide solutions in a prompt and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the online chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, assigning chats to appropriate team members, and ensuring timely responses - Develop and implement chat scripts to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency - Collaborate with the customer support team to address complex customer issues and provide resolutions - Monitor chat performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online chat management - Train and mentor new team members on chat platform protocols and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 6+ years of experience in online chat management or customer support - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Adaptable personality with a strong work ethic - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers - Innovative mindset to develop new strategies for improving chat platform performance
