Online Web Chat Specialist

4Securitas is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through web chat, answering questions and providing guidance on products or services - Utilize resources to research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Make decisions on how to best assist customers based on their needs and inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Energetic personality and resourceful mindset - Strong decision-making skills and ability to research effectively - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Customer service experience preferred
