Job description:
Engager is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Support Assistant will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are independent, resourceful, and have a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and effective remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. 3. Assist clients with setting up and configuring software applications. 4. Document all support interactions and resolutions in our system. 5. Collaborate with the team to identify trends and recurring issues to improve overall client experience. 6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 4. Attention to detail and strong presentation skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and remote support tools. 6. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. 7. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment. 8. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
