Job Description - Support Assistant

Job Description:


Stripe is looking for a part-time Support Assistant to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are seeking energetic and confident individuals who possess strong adaptability and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. 3. Work closely with the Support team to deliver timely and accurate responses to customer queries. 4. Utilize company tools and resources effectively to provide efficient support to customers. 5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in using customer support tools and platforms. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced work environment. 7. Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 8. Energetic and confident personality traits.
