Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Remote Support Assistant to join our team at SoapBox Labs in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Assistant will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Assist in testing new features and functionalities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions provided - Assist in creating and updating technical documentation - Conduct research to identify trends and patterns in customer issues

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a technical support role - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Cooperate well with team members and customers - Demonstrated research skills - Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
