Job Description:
SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, independent, have a knack for problem-solving, and possess a creative mindset.
Responsibilities: - Providing support to customers via email, chat, and phone - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting - Contributing ideas for improving customer support processes - Adapting to changes in procedures and products as needed
Requirements: - No prior experience required - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Creativity in finding solutions for customer issues - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs
