Job Description:
Artomatix is seeking a highly motivated Remote Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in Cork, Ireland. As a Remote Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees working remotely. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to employees via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers, mobile devices, and other technology tools. 3. Set up and configure devices for new employees. 4. Assist with network connectivity and VPN troubleshooting. 5. Collaborate with the IT team to escalate technical issues as needed. 6. Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions. 7. Provide training and guidance to employees on IT tools and systems.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Driven and passionate about providing exceptional support to remote employees. 5. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. 6. Knowledge of network connectivity and VPNs. 7. Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
