Job Description - Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:


Energy Elephant is seeking a Remote Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cork, Ireland. This part-time, associate-level position requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be reliable, and demonstrate excellent negotiation and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Providing remote support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer inquiries. - Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure a positive customer experience. - Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling our products and services. - Assisting with project management tasks, such as coordinating schedules, updating project timelines, and documenting project progress. - Analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer support processes. - Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support or remote support role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and diplomacy. - Experience with project management tools and software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
