Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a remote Support Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As a Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with our products - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Conduct research to provide customers with accurate information and solutions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Resourceful and confident attitude - Strong people management and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
