Job Description:
Pointy is seeking a reliable and dedicated Support Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and users. You will work closely with our customer support team to resolve issues and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product-related questions and technical issues. 3. Troubleshoot problems and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Provide support to the sales team by processing orders and coordinating shipments. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your knowledge and skills. 8. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and sharing feedback.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of relevant work experience in customer support or a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. 4. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Creative thinker with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives. 6. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Experience working in a technology or software company is a plus.
