Support Associate

Job Description:

Intercom is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and assisting them with any issues they may encounter. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary. 3. Collaborate with other support team members to find creative solutions to customer problems. 4. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and resources for customers. 6. Provide feedback to the product team on common customer issues to help improve our products. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creativity and problem-solving abilities. 5. Excellent time management skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency with CRM systems and other support tools. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
