Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

4Securitas is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Support Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Associate will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively 3. Document all support interactions and resolutions in our system 4. Collaborate with other support team members to ensure seamless customer experience 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant support 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed 7. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to enhance the customer support experience

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 3. Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate technical information clearly 4. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 5. Visa sponsorship eligibility 6. Must be located in Waterford, Munster or willing to relocate 7. Disability insurance coverage 8. Energetic personality trait 9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
