Job Description:

Manna Aero, a cutting-edge drone delivery company based in Dublin, is seeking a part-time Support Associate to work remotely from home. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via email and phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct research and gather information to address customer needs effectively. 6. Assist in negotiating resolutions for customer complaints or escalated issues. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Provide feedback to the management team to improve overall customer support processes. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer support or related role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Resilient and confident personality traits. 4. Ability to research and gather information effectively. 5. Excellent negotiation skills. 6. Proficient in using customer support software and systems. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
