Job Description:
Wayflyer is seeking a part-time Remote Support Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, and possess strong cooperation and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote support specialists to deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement effective remote support strategies and procedures. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the team is meeting performance goals. 4. Provide coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer support experience. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Proven experience in remote support management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Proficiency in remote support tools and software. 7. Experience with customer relationship management systems. 8. Strong understanding of customer service principles. 9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
