Job description:
Teamwork is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our dynamic team in our Dublin office. As an Associate Level Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the support team, providing guidance and direction to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Monitor support ticketing system to prioritize and delegate incoming requests - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall product experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to support team members - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials for internal and external use
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and be resilient in high-pressure situations - Strong adaptability and planning skills to effectively manage a dynamic support environment - Knowledge of support ticketing systems and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
