Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


HubSpot Dublin is seeking a talented Support Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This part-time position requires a senior-level individual with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of support representatives to provide exceptional customer service - Develop and implement support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support team members - Develop and implement training programs for support representatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Proven track record of leading and managing a support team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Creative mindset with a drive to continuously improve processes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
