As a Support Manager at Nova Leah, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the support team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of customer support services. This part-time position located in Cork, Ireland requires a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise the support team to ensure high-quality customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Provide ongoing training and development for support team members to enhance their skills and performance. 4. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Manage escalations and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 7. Implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations and increase efficiency. 8. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer issues and suggest product improvements.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in a support management role. 2. Reliable and independent with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creativity and negotiation skills to find innovative solutions to customer issues. 5. Proven leadership and team management skills. 6. Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement. 7. Knowledge of customer service best practices and tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
