Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Dell Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Support Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support specialists and ensure they are providing exceptional customer service - Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to upper management - Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues - Train and mentor support staff to enhance their skills and performance - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve support services


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a support management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
