Job Description:
SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Cork, IE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in remote support management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our remote support operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of remote support specialists, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and technical issues. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality and efficiency of remote support services. 3. Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed service level agreements. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve recurring issues impacting customer satisfaction. 5. Provide training and mentorship to remote support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. 7. Manage remote support budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective operations. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in managing remote support operations in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Proficiency in remote support tools and technologies. 7. Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
