Job Description:
WebDoctor is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer support team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide leadership and guidance to the customer support team. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction. 3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the support team to ensure KPIs are met. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 5. Develop and maintain customer support procedures and guidelines. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for the support team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 8. Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a customer support role with at least 3 years in a managerial position. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Hardworking and motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. 6. Innovative mindset and a team player. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
