Job Description:
SilverCloud Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Dublin, Ireland. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of support representatives to ensure they are meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team. 3. Monitor customer interactions to ensure consistency and quality in communication. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and appropriate resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 7. Create and maintain training materials and resources for ongoing team development. 8. Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of the support team and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer support or similar role. 2. Proven track record of success in managing a team and exceeding performance targets. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Drive and motivation to consistently push for excellence. 6. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
