Support Manager - Work from home

4Securitas is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Limerick, Munster, IE. As a mid-to-senior level role, we are looking for an individual with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support a team of remote support staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction - Implement and maintain efficient support processes and procedures - Develop and implement strategies to improve support efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas of improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support experience - Provide coaching, training, and feedback to support staff to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated support issues and work towards timely resolutions - Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure high-quality support services - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a support management role - Excellent project management skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams - Experience with remote team management is a plus
