Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

YellowSchedule is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level.


As a Support Manager at YellowSchedule, you will be responsible for managing our customer support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the support team, handling escalated customer issues, and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing support processes and procedures to improve overall customer experience.


To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills. You should have a strong ability to empathize with customers and resolve conflicts in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will also have a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
